At VYN Agency, we represent some of the Nordics’ most influential creators across fashion, beauty, interior, and lifestyle. As we continue to grow, we’re launching a new branch of the agency focused on working directly with brands and clients. We’re now looking for a Client & Campaign Manager to help build and grow this new part of our business in Gothenburg. In this role, you’ll focus on bringing in new clients, developing brand partnerships, pitching creators from across the industry, and managing influencer campaigns from the first idea to final delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, create tailored campaigns, and match brands with the right talent to deliver great results. ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a creative, and commercially minded person who enjoys building relationships, bringing in new clients, and creating successful brand partnerships. As our new Client & Campaign Manager, you’ll work directly with brands to identify new business opportunities, pitch relevant creators, and develop influencer campaigns that deliver strong results. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of creators across the Nordics, matching the right talent with the right brands.
From the first client conversation and creative pitch to negotiations, booking creators, campaign coordination, and final delivery, you’ll manage the process and build long-term relationships with brands.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Vyn Agency’s market presence.
Proactively pitch new ideas and creators to brands to initiate future collaborations.
Collect and report campaign results and analytics to clients when requested.
Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from confirmed collaboration to final delivery.
Ensure creators receive briefs, products, and campaign details on time.
Plan timelines and oversee quality control of drafts and content publication.
Maintain continuous communication with creators and clients regarding feedback, adjustments, and post-campaign follow-up.
WHO YOU ARE
Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, talent management, media agencies, or a similar role.
Have a solid understanding of influencer marketing and how creator partnerships can deliver value for brands.
Have strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to present ideas and lead client meetings.
Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Are commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work.
Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
