We’re now looking for a Talent & Campaign Manager to join our team in Gothenburg — someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and wants to help our creators and brand partners grow and succeed together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Talent & Campaign Manager at Vyn Agency, you will be responsible for both the daily management of influencer campaigns and the long-term growth of our creators. This role combines being an agent, advisor, and project manager — balancing strategic brand development and proactive sales outreach with hands-on coordination of campaigns from confirmation to delivery.
You will build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and new brand partners, mainly within fashion, beauty, interior, and lifestyle, turning these connections into commercially successful collaborations. To thrive in this role, you need to be self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating closely with colleagues and external partners.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from confirmed collaboration to final delivery.
Ensure creators receive briefs, products, and campaign details on time.
Plan timelines and oversee quality control of drafts and content publication.
Maintain continuous communication with creators and clients regarding feedback, adjustments, and post-campaign follow-up.
Collect and report campaign results and analytics to clients when requested.
Proactively pitch new ideas and creators to brands to initiate future collaborations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Vyn Agency’s market presence.
WHO YOU ARE
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience within influencer marketing, project management, or sales.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both creators and clients.
Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly service-minded.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Genuine interest in social media and influencer marketing.
